Free shipping on orders over SEK 1000. For orders under SEK 1000, shipping of SEK 95 will be added ex VAT.

TERMS OF USE

1. BUY

When ordering, an agreement on purchase is made only when Lucas Oil AB confirms the order through an order confirmation. The order confirmation is automatically generated by our database without manual review. In the event of any errors in, for example, specifying price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this in retrospect. We only enter into agreements with an authority (18 years).

has the right of ownership and readmission to all goods until full payment has been made by the customer.

3. DELIVERIES - DELIVERY TIME

In-store goods are delivered within 2-5 business days. If the products are placed on our external warehouse, they will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Order items have a delivery time of 1-4 weeks. All products show how fast you can get your delivery. We always contact all persons who have ordered an order item with an exact delivery message. You will receive notice of any deviations from the normal delivery time or the information available on our website in connection with the order confirmation. You will then of course have the right to refuse or change your order.

Shipping with DHL

We normally ship the products to the nearest DHL service point or directly to corporate customers for a supplement.

Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you inspect the package immediately. Should the packaging be damaged, you will report this directly to your postal center or the truck driver who delivered the package. NOTE! It is important that you make a correct registration. Make sure you get confirmation that your property is damaged.

Not triggered orders

If you do not redeem your package, we have to charge you 2x valid shipping price + 200 SEK in administrative costs.

MAKE SURE TO CLEARLY ENTER YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER. ADD A RECEIPT AND A COMPLETE ACCOUNT NUMBER WHEN SENDING BACK A GOOD TO US.

Money back?

Enter your bank and account number including clearance number. NOTE! If you have purchased an invoice, this must be paid in the original condition. The money will be refunded to the account you specified.

7. RIGHT OF RIGHT

You have the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must leave or send us a notice of this within 14 days from the day you received the goods or a substantial part of it. The item should be returned or shipped back to us in essentially unchanged condition. You are responsible for the return shipping and we will within 30 days of receiving the goods to pay back the purchase price.

If you do NOT use our return shipping slip, the package should be sent as a business package. NOTE! we cannot receive packages other than business packages.
